Study On The Development Platform Of Sales Management System In Networked Manufacturing And Its Application

With the development of computer and communication technologies, the networked manufacture mode has been greatly advanced. The management means of the product sales, which as an important part in enterprise operation flow, have also been regenerated. Based on the networked manufacture technology, the information technology and e-business means, to implement the networked sales management mode in the modern integrated manufactures becomes a new trend of the sales management development. However, numerous middle-scale and small-scale enterprises encounter a lot of problems and difficulties when they construct the networked sales management system by themselves. Normally, they have low efficiency, big investment risk and high running maintenance cost. After summarizing and integrating the previous research results, the characteristics of the current networked sales management system in enterprise were thoroughly analyzed in this thesis, and a new thought was proposed to construct the development platform of networked sales management system. The development platform of the networked sales management system can provide the networked sales management modes and system development tools to enterprises. It can assist small-scale enterprises to develop their own management system quickly so as to implement the networked sales management. It can also efficiently support the information construction in enterprises, regions and industries. Firstly, based on the function characteristics of the networked sales management system, the demands on the development platform of the networked sales management system were analyzed in this thesis. And then, a detailed analysis and study of the development platform were carried on in terms of their overall design thought, architecture, function system, running pattern, application models and so on. The development platform of networked sales management system involves a series of key technologies. And specifically, the enterprise sales operation flow customization and the sales management intellectualization have been studied in this thesis. â‘ The software reuse and the component technology were used to study the customization process of a special enterprise sales operation flow in the development platform, and to guarantee the expansibility, dependability and easy-maintainability of the development platform. â‘¡The intelligence technology and the data mining technology were applied in the sales management flow to investigate a intellectualized means to process the system sales data in the development platform, so as to satisfy the demands of the intellectualized management of the information system on the blast data. Finally, based on the above research results, the development platform of networked sales management system has been developed and implemented. Using this development platform, a networked sales management system for a furniture manufacturing enterprise was developed. The application of the networked sales management in this enterprise validates the rationality and feasibility of the development platform of networked sales management.
