ASP-based Networked Platform For Automobile & Motorcycle Industry And Procurement,Sales And Inventory Management System

The thesis combines with the key scientific and technological project of Zhejiang Province-"ASP-based Networked Platform for Small and Medium-sized Manufacturing Enterprises of Automobile & Motorcycle Parts ( "ASP platform for Manufacturing Enterprises of Automobile & Motorcycle Parts" for short)". For the application of Small and Medium-sized Manufacturing Enterprises of Automobile & Motorcycle Parts in taizhou of Zhejiang province, it researches the ASP platform for Manufacturing Enterprises of Automobile & Motorcycle Parts and ASP-based services of procurement,sales and inventory management system.First of all, the thesis introduces the concept of ASP,its field and operation. It summarizes the research and application status of ASP at home and abroad. According to background of the thesis, the objective of the thesis is pointed out, and the research frame is presented.On the basis of the analysis of Small and Medium-sized Manufacturing Enterprises of Automobile & Motorcycle Parts in taizhou of Zhejiang province and its demand of ASP platform, the thesis put forword the overall design of ASP platform for Manufacturing Enterprises of Automobile & Motorcycle Parts, including the overall framework and the basic ASP platform, It gives out the integration of software on the ASP platform, and discusses the development model of ASP platform.Combined with my work in the software development, the thesis put forward the overall design of ASP-based services of procurement,sales and inventory management system,and their analysis of demand,the development model,functional design and information design.Secondly, the thesis mainly researches the service management system on the ASP platform for Manufacturing Enterprises of Automobile & Motorcycle Parts, including adding services, the purchase and opening the use of services,the right management of services,the charge management system of services, deleting services.Distinguish ASP-baesd services of procurement,sales and inventory management system from ordinary procurement,sales and inventory management system. The thesis researches three key issues which are the evaluation and selection of the suppliers in public date base, monitoring the producing process of supplier baesd on virtual inventory, the dynamic tracking of client's order.Finally, the thesis provides some running examples. These examples testify that the research results in the thesis are valuable, feasible and practical, and all achievements of the thesis are summarized and the future research work is sketched out.
