One Kind Of Management Support System Of Networked Product Sales Based-on Mobile Communication

With the continuous deepening interaction among enterprises, customers, distributors and suppliers, sales management of enterprise presents dynamic and complicated development trends. Information on the whole sale chain is more and more numerous and jumbled, correspondingly difficulties and workload of collecting, tiding up, delivering and controlling are greater and greater. How to grasp marketing opportunities and make sales management decisions based on the consideration of information inside and outside enterprise in time, has become a key issue of Informatization research in the field of sales management for manufacturing enterprises. Domestic and overseas experts, scholars and enterprises have made great efforts on the research of this issue, and obtained many worthy achievements. With the rapid development and extensive use of mobile communication technique, a new scheme of the problems above has come into being. The dissertation will carry on some research on enterprise distribution management system based on mobile communication technique.Firstly, based on modern information technology, such as computer technology, network technique and the SMS(Short Message Service) technique etc., a kind of networked distribution management system based on mobile communication is presented for sales chain management, and the architecture and running mode of the system have been brought forward. The architecture includes objective architecture, structure architecture and function architecture.Secondly, the main technical framework of Management Support System of Networked Product Sales Based-on Mobile Communication which includes supporting techniques, special techniques and application system is set forward. The emphases are specially put on SMS interface technique, a pattern of information safe during mobile business, the data integration technique etc.Finally, according to the distribution problems on sales chain of some enterprise in Chongqing, a networked distribution management system based on mobile communication has been designed, developed, and put into use in the distribution management of the enterprise.
