With the development of computer and network technology, many large-scale automobile factories in our country have implemented informatization, but the level of informatization of many medium-small enterprises is still relatively low because of lack of technical personnel, inadequate informatization awareness and poor financial force. The level of enterprises' informatization directly affects the competitiveness of enterprises; even more the level of auto sales management informatization which is an important component of auto factory informatization has important effect on the efficiency of enterprise and workers' welfare. Traditional sales management model has low efficiency, inaccurate statistics and untimely information transmission, therefore the enterprise decision makers untimely understanding their sales information and can't make the right decision in light of the rapid changes in the market which seriously hamper the improvement of sales level. So establishing automobile networked sales system will not only be the effective measures of implementing enterprise sales management informatization but also improve the collaborative ability between the automobile factory and its dealers and truly realize automobile sales informatization.Firstly, the major content and the form of organization of modern automobile factory sales management is analyzed; the business process and main process functions of sales system is analyzed and use cases is established; Secondly, combined with the auto industry chain collaborative commerce platform, the overall solutions of the sales system in .NET Framework is brought forward; physical structure, software architecture and overall functional structure of the sales system is designed, and all business functions are described in detail; the database is designed. Thirdly, the automobile networked sales system based on .NET Framework and B/S pattern is designed in detail; the implementation process of key business functions are presented, and the key technologies involved in the sale system such as AJAX technology, design patterns and reflecting technology is deeply studied. A common database access component is designed to suit different database. Finally, the research content of this thesis is summarized; the next plan is looked to.
