Research Of Planning Method For Telecom Network And Development Of Telecom Planning Assistant System

With the development of the complicated market environment and the techniques of communication network, the traditional network planning theories and methods can no longer completely meet the present demands. Therefore, it is very necessary to build a telecom network planning assistant system. With this system, telecom network planning can be digitized and becomes faster and more accurate.In this thesis, a series of feasible digitized planning process and methods are put forward in accordance with the existing problems during the development of telecom network planning. In order to digitize the network planning, it is necessary to build a complete database and develop a special assistant system. While the database is not a conventional resource management system. The network present datum, the history datum, the datum in the process of project designing and the final results can be stored in this database at a proper accuracy according to the demand of network planning. And all the datum can be rapidly searched from this database. The traditional methods of data processing are also compatible with this database. How to build this database and its interface are illustrated in detail in this thesis. And the structure of the database is also introduced. A series of practical planning assistant tools are provided for the planning designers with the network planning assistant system. And most of the flows and algorithms of telecom network planning can also be realized. Therefore, the network planning designers can concentrate on the design of the project. The whole structure, the formation of functional modules, the composition of the system and realization of the C/S module of the network planning assistant system are introduced in detail. Finally, the realization of some functional modules in the application server is interpreted.
