Many people have paid attention to the video transmission over optical fiber and are researching on it. This subject began the work under such a background.The subject has made a study of the multiplexing of video signal's transmission, and has designed a set of project which is based on Frequency Division Multiplexing(FDM) That is used to transmit analog video signal. Thesis has introduced the theory of the project and the structure of the system. Some important problems in debugging and suggestion are also discussed.The video transmission system has been finished and has been made relative test. The specification attains the anticipated goal basically.
