The wide application of telemedicine in the field of modern medical and health provides a wider space for development of modern medicine.Considering the unbalanced development of medical and health technology in our country,in order to make the advanced medical and health technology and equipment advantages can be extended to some areas with relatively poor health conditions,it is necessary to promote the application of telemedicine technology.As the key point of the remote medical technology,video transmission technology,which is responsible for the transmission of medical images and expert consultation,how to guarantee its timeliness and reliability is the focus of this thesis.In order to ensure the video transmission in the remote medical system,after analyzing and comparing the development of telemedicine in China and abroad,the paper analyzes the key technology of the optical fiber transmission system,which is now in the optical fiber transmission system,and finish the actual construction of high-definition video transmission platform.The fruit of this paper is that according to optical fiber communication network topology the HD video transmission demonstration platform is designed and built through the requirement analysis and the key technology of the remote medical system.Through the test scheme design of HD video transmission platform,the system has been tested in two aspects:the wavelength crosstalk of optical signal and optical power loss.After the real testing,the system has good performance on reliability and validity.At the same time,the distortion performance of the video frames and the optical power loss performance are analyzed.And eventually the key points in the process of the construction of the actual remote medical system are given through the former analysis.
