Abstract/Summary:
The remote control system based on GPRS network is a new-style system, which realizes the control to the equipments by modern communication network, and it is one of the developing directions of modern enterprises' remote control system which can be used in many controlling field, such as, oilfield exploitation, electricity schedule system etc.According to the gap that exists in the "digital field" between domestic and foreign petroleum enterprises, this paper brings forward the summary design that introduces the GPRS wireless communicating technology into the oil-field remote control system and builds the wireless DCS of digital oilfield, which is commenced from collecting the field data of exploiting the petroleum and managing the fieldwork. Based on this, it realizes the remote control project of electromotor meter and voltage transformer meter, and makes the desktop management cooperating with the software of the central computer come true.In the process of realizing the remote control of electromotor meter, it probes into the realization of the GPRS wireless collector emphatically which is on the kernel ground. It adopts the means of area-centralizing control to manage the electromotor meters affiliated by it. It communicates with the central control station by GPRS Modem and transmits the commands and data to the instrument by wireless, which makes the collection and transmission of the field data come true. In the process of realizing the remote control of voltage transformer meter, according to the actual requirement, it adopted the chips and modules that are different from the front means to design and realize the GPRS wireless communicating controller corresponding with the devices. It also introduces the mixed—mode Communication integrating the GSM with GPRS to settle the problem that too many GPRS terminals connecting with the central control station synchronously will affect the performance of the central control station.As a whole system, the central control station is the kernel of the digital oil field. It not only takes charge of the running of the oil exploring devices, but also realizes other managing functions. The upper application software mainly comes true the primary functions, such as, the management of database, exchanging the data with the GPRS terminals and the display of the dates etc. At the same time, it also realizes theaccessorial functions, such as, the management of the counts, the timing detection, the timing meter reading and the log record and so on. According to the requirement, it also realizes reading data from storage chip of voltage transformer meter by the LPT of central computer that simulates the SPI interface.In the whole communication process of the oil field remote control system, this paper builds an application layer's communication protocol. It can shield the differences of low layer's medium, even the differences on function in different meters. So it can make kinds of meters' connect to Internet in oil field system with more convenience, efficiency and less cost. Because of its compatibility, this protocol also can be applied in the application layer module of other simulate remote control systems.Finally, this paper illustrates the questions existing in the debugging process and explains how to resolve them, and designs the testing scheme to analyze the performance of the system. According to the results of the test, it analyzes and quantifies the performance of the oilfield remote control system. It further more verifies that this system can meet the requests of application basically.
