This project elaborates on the basic theory and process of realizing of multifunctional autoptic setting, and it includes four parts.The first part explains the research background of the project. It explains from four aspects. The first aspect explains the aim and significance of researching multifunctional autoptic setting, and points out that this setting is a powerful facility to beat back the behavior of stealing electricity, and ensure the ammeter on the rails, and safeguard the benefits of government, individual and electricity enterprises. The second part explains the developing actuality of the same kind of settings. For our country was in a close state for a long time, so we drop behind the developed countries. And the existing majority settings are SCM(Single Chip Micyoco), and can satisfy the requirement of electricity department a certain extent. But for the limitation of SCM, there exists obstacle that cant's get across. The third part explains the developing trend of autopic settings home and abroad. With the fast development of electronical technology and computer technology, they become to combine with measure technology, and develop to micromation, intelligentizing and intergration. Now there are two developing direction, one is intellectualized meter with a core of measure technology, and another one is virtual instrument. The fourth part explains the main content of the thesis, to realize the virtual instrument of multifunctional autoptic setting, based on PC, with the SCM system core of C8051F310 SCM, and with the PC system developing background of VB6.0 and database system, and it must ensure the precision can be up to international 0.2 par.The second part explains the basic theory of realizing multifunctional autoptic settings. This part explains the basic theory of realizing the settings from four aspects. The first aspect explains the electricity parameter calculation of three-phase alternating current, it includes the basic Kirchhoff's law of three-phase alternating current, and it is the base of all analysis of three-phase alternating current, and also the calculation and mutual relation of instantaneous power, average power, sight power, power factor, duplicate power and no power of the basic electricity parameter. The second aspect explains the usual technique of verifying electricity meter, and also the standard technique of verifying electricity meter and standard Watt stopwatch ways, and put forward the principium of verifying electricity meter used by multifunctional autopic settings on the base of standard technique of verifying electricity meter o The third aspect explains the usual connection error and check line ways of the electricity meter. It enumerates the power expression and theory chart, vector chart of several usual connection, and how to get the power expression. It enumerates seven kinds of connection ways of three-phase four-line electricity meter, and theory chart, vector chart of several usual connection, and how to get the power expression. On the base of them, it put forward the judging ways of connection error of multifunctional settings. The fourth part explains the feature of C8051F310.The third part explains the system design of multifunctional autopic settings. Firstly, combined with the provisions of JJG3O7-88 and JJG596-89, it analyses the system requirement, then introduces systematically the system design of autopic settings. The system design includes SCM hardware system design, SCM software system design and PC software system design. SCM hardware system design introduces the design principium and organization of PC system hardware of autopic settings, and it includes three parts as sampling, power supply and CPU. The SCM software system design explains the main flow frame of SCM system software of autopic settings, and disposal flow of each main intermit. PC software system design explains the design principium and organization and function of module, and also explains the relationship of table buildup and table of the database system.The fourth part explains the realizing of multifunctional autopic settings design project. The project includes the realizing principium, realizing method and transaction processing data flow chart of six parts, including basic power parameter measurement, frequency measurement, verifying electricity meter, connection check of electricity meter, data-processing module and print module.
