Study On Structure And Function Expanding Of VTSMIS System

Thi s thesi s made a study of the disadvantage of VTSMIS, as well as those to be resolved and consummated problem with new technique and system developments, designed and researched the function expanding of the system further. The main discussed and researched contents are the MMI(Men Machine Interface) of system and the Vessel Data Management Information System combined with Radar and AIS system and water mobile safety supervise.Recently, along with the development of our country VTS reconstruction, shipping circumstance complex and multiform, and the demand of VTS system information share. Gradually some problem is exposed to us in the past Vessel Data Management Information System. The system is complicated operation, great workload and according with the operation duty member incompletely. The applied function level of the database is low. People did not develop the data excavation technique well. The information shares rate is low, and the network safety can't guarantee.Aiming at the weakness exposed to us of current domestic and international Vessel Data Management Information System and represented shortage in application practices this thesis combined the problem and the demands in project, did more research and consummation of the System, obtained the following research fruit:1. The Vessel Data Management System Integrated with Radar Track System, realized dynamic track to ship;2. The Vessel Data Management System combined together with the system of AIS, obtained the information of AIS, updated the basic data of ships real-timely;3. Researched the management of the ships sail plan in Vessel Data Management System, established the data format of sail plan link to AIS;4. Researched the management of Ships dynamic data, includingrealization of management function about the ships entering port, the ships leaving port, the ships moving in port and plans outside etc;5. Studied the statistic and analysis of vessel traffic flux, the circulcir distribute method applied in the ships traffic regulation, realized MS information correctness statistic and analysis;6. Researched the function expanding of the Vessel Data ManagementInformation System ---- Water mobile safety supervise managementinformation system, put forward to some design thought primarily, and realized the main function.
