The Research And Implementation Of The Fishing Vessel Information Management System Of Hebei Province Based On ThinkPHP

In 21 st century, China concentrates on the development and construction of marine programs. Meanwhile, the fish farming in Hebei Province has substantially increased. And the number and size of the fishing vessels has made a great improvement. The current number of the inland farming and fishing vessels registered is over hundreds of thousands. As information technology develops rapidly, the previous separate ship management information systems in each department is becoming integrated. Therefore, integrating the systems of the three related fishing departments to one unified platform plays an important and practical role in the fisheries of Hebei.Firstly, the thesis analyzes the current situation of fisheries information in Hebei, outlines the problems to be solved and summarizes the achievements at home and abroad on the relevant aspects such as fishing vessel management and detection of fishing vessels. Secondly, it analyzes the feasibility and demand of the system, putting forward the design goal of the system including business requirements, functional requirements, data requirements.Again, for the current situation, combining with our advanced concepts in ship management, it designed detailed system, including design idea, architecture design, business process design, functional design etc. The system is designed to modules of ship management, four certificate management(fishing vessel inspection certificate, certificate of ownership of fishing vessel, fishing vessel registration certificate of nationality, fishing vessel fishing license), marine information export, information export, the system management etc.Finally, this thesis describes the software development environment required in the system implementation amply and describes the process of system implementation including the realization of the framework, the template program development, development specifications, system testing, implementation of the system and the implementation strategy. It deploys the system practically using mysql database and apache server eventually.
