This paper focuses on management problems in a large pressure vessel manufacturing enterprise,in the aspect of practical quality management:Firstly,statistical data analysis.Data within the company is relatively dispersed,with weak integration ability,and diversity of information source.Secondly,the issue of document updates quality.Due to the lack of integrated document management system,the execution of process after the update is not strict,resulting in an inconsistent of document versions.Thirdly,the real-time monitoring the product schedule.Monitoring and controlling of the production process is a cross-sectors process.A process involving multiple sectors or departments can be easily cause the responsibility unclear between departments.Fourth,the treatment of unqualified products.Lacking of effective management is the key problem.Usually the defects are found after parts assembled,which brings mostly loss.In view of the above problems,this article designs a quality management information system(QMIS)which is closely related to the production.This system is based on the company's quality management business process,combined with the company's quality management system,organization as well as the problems existing in the company quality management,function model is constructed,determine the company's quality management information system architecture and information flow.This system model was designed ASP.NET combined with RBAC access-control technology,which is a configurable structure based on RBAC authority allocation mechanism,using B/S 3-layer structure mode,and the flexibility of the system is high.Through RBAC,the authority distribution and task distribution is achieved,and makes the system multi-task and multi-users.The design also optimized the existing enterprise quality management process.In consequence,the system can be defined as complete and practical QMIS for a manufacturing enterprise.This article introduced the research status of QMIS in China and abroad,and then introduced the problems and quality management situation in a large pressure vessel manufacturing enterprises.Further the article explained the demand of the system,and the function design of the system,highlighted the application of RBAC.In the end,the paper issued main functions and the implementation of the QMIS.
