Intelligent building is a kind of, hybrid system in the area of intelligent building with practice appliance design. The construction of P3 biology lab item is a project that has special design meaning in the intelligent building area. The control of automation of the fields'equipment was very strict, especially in temperature, pressure, humidity, and flux. Since the mian controlling parameters in the controlling parameter are all analogue, and there's complex interior coupling relationship among each parameter, it may cause the controlling time delay if we adopt traditional DCS controlling or simulation instrument application in this item .If only adopting digitization controlling, it can't reach its controlling exactness. Therefore, this passage discusses the problem of real-time controlling about how to make use Industry's Ethernet to make much course parameter of highly interior coupling come true. Industry's Ethernet can make the frame of the system controlling become very simple, at the same time it adopts the hybrid controlling system in the controlling arithmetic. The hybrid controlling system combines the advantage of the traditional. The continuous variable controlling and the continuous variable of the trends is controlled, It makes the continuous variable of the trends controlling come true. After the item concrete being applied in Tianjin, Honeywell in USA announced that hybrid controlling wasinvovled in small-scale collecting and distributing controlling system Plant Sape Vista/HC9000. So, it can be seen that using hybrid system to make the complicated parameter controlling come true follows the main direction of the controlling area. This also utilizes fluent model software, according to actual two-month operation data to emulate systematic model of Tianjin biology laboratory, it is proved that it is effective. Therefor, according to the paper, using LabView's G language which combined SOAP and XML , P3 Controlling platform of the bird flu laboratory based on Industry's Ethernet is developed, the controlling of P3 Constant temperature of the laboratory ,Constant pressure ,Permanent flow and Invariable humidity is been true.
