In the past thirty years, the industrial network has developed. The industrial network developed from DCS system based on analog signals to digital Fieldbus, which brings a revolution to the industrial automation, but Fieldbus standard develops slowly and several standards are international standards. The connection and operation between different Fieldbus is not supported. With industrial network development, the corporation needs an open basic truss for seamless information integration from managing to field control. The Ethernet which is applied in office and business is gradually applied in control field because of its broad application. And it will hopeful become the uniform standard in the industrial control. This paper designs an Ethernet/IP industrial Ethernet node based on Anybus-S, based on learning the Ethernet/IP protocol and research the application of Anybus-S Ethernet/IP module.First, this paper describes the research progress of industrial Ethernet home and abroad, content and significance of this paper, and describes the protocol of Ethernet/IP, and describes the structure and function of Anybus-S for the network interface.After then, it designs the hardware circuit of the communication node. For the good portability and powerful functions of Anybus-S module, this paper gives a brief description of Anybus-S application interface and other components firstly, then uses the Anybus-S module to complete the hardware development of Ethernet/IP communication node, and gets through the debugging.In allusion to the problem of serial protocol difference of different RS485 devices, this paper brings forward the solving method of compiling the software of configuration RS485 protocol. This paper compiles the software with LabVIEW, which sends the protocol information to the slave node.The software design of Ethernet/IP slave node is realized by C51 language. For more clear program structure and simplifying the debugging process, this paper edit the program of application based on objectification programming method. The program can realizes the function such as receiving RS485 protocol configuration information, initialization of Anybus-S and address requesting and releasing to the DPRAM of Anybus-S, also receiving the data of RS485 and sending to the Ethernet/IP.For testing the function of the slave developed, it builds a test platform for Ethernet/IP, and also tests the node. Rockwell software RSLink is used as Ethernet/IP industrial network drive. The Rockwell software RSView32 is used to design monitor interface to receive the data send from the slave node, which is to test the correctness of receiving and sending data. By analyzing the experimental data, it has proved that the node can realize the data exchanging between RS485 device and Ethernet/IP..It can complete communication between RS485 device and Ethernet/IP Industrial Ethernet by analyzing experiment data, which proves that the slave design scheme is feasible.
