Newspaper, as one of the most important part of the culture industry, is now at the beginning of rapid development. There are many problems to be solved. This article intends to study the management of human resource in the industrialization of the newspaper world. It analyses the present states and the future of the industrialization, pointing out that the industrialization of newspaper is the unavoidable choice for the globalization of newspapers of our country; therefore, the management of human resource is an essential condition to secure the achievement of the change. To establish a newspaper corporation of typical Chinese style, it is necessary to solve the problem of the combination of different resources, so is it to understand the difficulties that come along. According to this article, contrary to the corporate management of news groups in our country, the management of human resource is still at a primary level. The article mainly analyses the present forms and disadvantages of human resource management, above all, the fundamental causes of the present situation. With the analysis of some realistic problems, the essay ends with the author's idea of solutions to improving the human resource management in the industrialization of newspaper world.
