Research On The Application Of Webservice-based Business Intelligence

This thesis, which has been aiming to comply with the developmenttrend of science and technology and to counter shortcomings existed inbusiness intelligence for their poverty in transplantation, integration andexpansibility, has provided a web service-based business intelligencesystem. The web service-based business intelligence system has thecharacteristics of encapsulation, loose coupling, sector standard, openexpansibility, intensified integration etc. This thesis has analyzed therelevant basic theories of web service and business intelligence, and hasespecially discussed two applications of web service in businessintelligence ---data integration and data analysis. It has built a new dataintegration model (WSETL) and data analysis application systematicstructure (WSDAS). In the end, the thesis, through part of the code andeffects obtained from the subject of Zhangjiakou Coal Mining MachineryLimited Company Decision Support System, has proved the feasibilityand creativity of the designing ideas.
