Research On Network Collabrative After_Sale Service Management System In Automobile Trade

Enterprises of automobile trade face the fierce market competition and pay more attention to enterprises' after-sale service in the time of information-based management in vogue, and there are their own after-sale service administrative systems of a lot of automobile enterprises with rich fund. However, to most medium and small-scale automobile manufacturing enterprises in our country, they do not have strength of setting up one's own system, therefore, it suits our country's present national conditions very much that setting up the after-sale service administrative system on the basis of the third party's platform that can make every subject in the after-sale service chain contact more unblocked.At first, the after-sale service administration of the automobile trade has been analysed and studied in this text. According to the general current situation of after-sale service administration of automobile trade of our country, the after-sale service chain has been analysed and researched and every relation that subjects of the chain cooperate each other has been studied, and each subject's main content of after-sale service has been proposed. Then the existing systems about after-sale service administration has been analysed and researched and their problems has been summarized, and the administrative systems of after- sale service has been proposed based on the third parly's platform for medium and small-scale automobile enterprises. Later the after-sale service administrative system on the basis of collaborative e-commerce platform has been set up and UML design philosophy has been adopted, and dynamic modeling has been finished with XDE. Finally the existing problem and remain to improve has been pointed out, as the reference that will studied in the future.
