With China's commitments entry into the World Trade Organization be cashed, as well as economic globalization and integration process speed up, China's auto market has inevitably become the concerns and object of study of a major global automotive companies. The after-sales service is an important link in automobile current distribution realm, It covers the relevant quality assurances insurances maintenance service,parts supplier,maintenance of technical training,technical advice and guidance,information feedback and so on after the car sales.But the current response of the situation, the domestic automobile after-sale service has significant gaps and a lot of problems. The automobile after-sale quality track's flaw has hindered the development of China's auto market. We discuss the exist problems on tracking in the automotive after-sale market to the quality and propose a solution. RFID technology is the rise in effective track technology in recent years; we propose a kind of automobile after-sale quality track plan based on this technology. It provides a reference in quality track of after-sales.From the exist problems in automotive aftermarket maintenance, analysis the current status of the domestic automobile after-sale service, Introduce the domestic automobile services main form and modern automobile after-sale service flow, point out the exist problems in the automobile after-sale service. It takes a brief introduction to the RFID technology. Propose a plan base on the RFID technology in automobile after-sale quality track, carry on the overall design to the plan, and propose the system requirements and various functional modules.It carry on the analysis and the discussion from network's construction, label's selection, reader-writer's choice, the label data transmission's security and the integrity, the multi-labels anti-collision system and the system development pattern choice and so on of the system's key technologies. Realize the part major function.
