The connotation of automobile enterprises'post-sale service is becoming more and more rich, with its content becoming broader and the service management becoming more complex. Many automobile enterprises have adopted the after sale service information portal in order to improve its management and the use of information ability. The post-sale service department of automobile enterprise is facing various problems on inner information management, which can not be entirely solved through the knowledge extension by the different application software in the internet. It must be scanned through the perspective of management concept, principle and strategy. Hence it is quit necessary for automobile enterprise to integrate the post-sale service process and the other main parts as a whole to solve the problems of slow and hard service through collaborative work for the purpose of improving its core competence. Along with the progress of electronic commerce to collaborative commerce, the concept of collaborative commerce chain has brought a new information management concept and brought in innovation to the post-sale service model and commerce operation.This paper mainly uses the collaborative commerce theory to construct a automobile enterprises'post-sale service information portal based on the enterprise oriented collaborative relationship between the post-sale service center and its supplier, maintenance station and client. The paper mainly done research on the following aspects: basic theory research on collaborative commerce and enterprise information portal, current automobile enterprise post-sale service condition, demand analysis on collaborative commerce, automobile enterprises'information portal application mode based on collaborative commerce, construction plan of automobile enterprises'information portal based on collaborative commerce.In the aspect of basic theory on collaborative commerce and enterprises'information portal, the problem is addressed from three aspects: the concept, development background, characteristic, collaborative character and the application of collaborative commerce. In the aspect of enterprises'information portal, its definition, function and difference between other website are discussed. Besides the relationship between collaborative commerce and enterprises'information portal are addressed mainly from the perspective of its character, information management measure and the benefit it brings to the enterprise.In the aspect of automobile enterprise after sale management condition and demand analysis on collaborative commerce, through on the ground investigation to several typical automobile enterprises'post-sale service center, its supplier and service provider, the work flow and mode of the post-sale service are learnt with the information flow during the post-sale service center as its core. Specific research on the post-sale service management content of the enterprises are done through analysis and summary of the investigation material. The paper analyzes the post-sale service management content of different topic and the whole relevant commerce movement such as the commerce transaction between the post-sale service center and its supplier and client. During the post-sale service process, it is necessary for the enterprise to coordinate with the different supplier, client and service provider, what more, in the enterprise, they need to communicate with the different department of design, production, sale, finance and so on. The concept of management will play its role only when those above mentioned communication and coordination process go smoothly.In the aspect of automobile enterprises'post-sale service information portal application mode based on collaborative commerce, the application mode is put forward with the corresponding system as its core. This system integrates with other management system to realize inner collaboration, in the outer collaboration, the specific system function such as work flow, repository, online meeting and training to reach the target of knowledge/information sharing and work flow integration. This mode takes the internet web and distributed database as its support to collaborate the client, maintenance service provider, internal enterprise and spare parts provider in the same platform. The enterprise provides post-sale service support to its client through the system. The client can enjoy the enterprises'post-sale service wherever he is in. The spare parts provider can obtain the demand and spare parts quality information to adjust its storage and improve its product. The maintenance service provider can carry on maintenance task and spare parts management through the system, besides it can also interact with the post-sale service center with the different files and report forms.As to automobile enterprises'post-sale service information portal construction plan based on collaborative commerce aspect, the whole automobile enterprises'post-sale service applications use enterprise information portal to realize customized information and function demand for the enterprise, supplier, maintenance station and client. The information portal's system frame is put forward based on the application mode which includes four function modules. It mainly includes post-sale service integration management, supplier management, maintenance station management and client management. Finally the information portal's integration to enterprises'other system such as the communication between spare parts'basic note to the accessories basic record in the ERP system, the interactive exchange between client information and the customer record in the CRM system, the interactive communication between the cost balance information and the finance module in the ERP system, and also the communication between the supplier information and the supplier record in SCM system.The main innovation of this article is that it proposed a automobile enterprises'post-sale service information portal based on collaborative commerce, which lay solid theory and technology frame function for the development of automobile enterprise after-service information portal. Further research can be done to construct such an actual information portal based on the construction scheme put forward in the paper.
