China' s small and medium automobile enterprises have been at the lower level of informationization. Usage of Information technology is confined to electronic mail and other means for most of them. In the face of increasingly fierce market competition, they need to use information technology tools to improve business operations, enhance their own competitiveness in the market. Sale is an important part of the enterprise' s survival. It is the lifeline of enterprises. How through the use of IT to standardize automobile sales management processes, thus saving marketing costs and enhance the efficiency of automobile sales management is one of the important problems faced to enterprises.The automobile industry informationization status is analyzed in this thesis. The automobile factory sales management processes is investigated and analyzed detailedly. Against automobile sales management features, development project of automobile sales management system based on the platform of collaborative commerce is put forward. The content of this thesis includes:The features of collaborative commerce and sales with network are analyzed in chapter I. Combined with automobile industry, the selection of subjects and the main points of this thesis are introduced. Informatization Background of automobile industry and industrial chain collaboration are analyzed in chapter II. The platform of collaborative commerce oriented to automobile industry is also introduced. The requirement of sale system is analyzed detailedly, which includes status of automobile sales, basic process, user role and main functions. The overall solution of sale system is put forward finally. Chapter III is the system design. A brief introduction to the design tools is at first. The overall design,function module design, system software architecture design and design of interaction between inner system and platform are described. Database design of system is also described. Systems development, environment and deployment are introduced in chapter IV. Realization and application of system are also described. In chapter V a key technology of UDDI is researched. On the basis of the research a solution based on UDDI is proposed. There is a summary of the theme. The shortcomings and the next phase of work are pointed out finally.
