The Research Of The "Project Process" Of SSE-CMM On Which The Security Evaluation Of Power Communication Network Is Based

In this paper, the evaluation of security about the "project process"of Power Communication Network based on SSE-CMM is discussed. First, the problem about security that the Power Communication Network is faced with and the emphases that it is focusing on are introduced. Then takes an over view of the security evaluation system of SSE-CMM, including its model architecture, its formation and development, its target and range for application, its main content, its benefit and foreground to the constitutions who use it and the benefit that the system brings to the security of Power Communication Network is emphasized. In conclusion, after the investigating of the maintenance and managing status of Power Communication Network and the mapping from SSE-CMM system to the same especially department, the security level of the institution which we choose for instance is given. After evaluation, some methods to strengthen the security of Power Communication Network is put forward according to the material result and the unsubstantial part of the certain power telecommunication network.
