A Research On Assessment Of Risk Process Based On The SSE-CMM For The Electric Power Communication System Security

This paper makes research on the evaluation of security and project process about PowerCommunication Network based on SSE-CMM. Focus on the application in the evaluation ofsecurity of Power Communication Network based on SSE-CMM, and after the deep researchon risk appraisal and evaluation of security of power communication network, detailedappraisal process and concrete mathematic method towards security evaluation is alsointroduced in this paper. Firstly, the essential of risk appraisal to power communicationnetwork is expatiated;secondly, the structure and appraisal methods of SSE-CMM system areintroduced, the basic practice of SSE-CMM model is measured off based on the concretecondition in power communication network;thirdly, safety evaluation on the examples inpower communication network and detailed evaluation process are introduced;finally, blurryoptimized information technology method is firstly adopted, and the final conclusion is givento the practical mathematic method based on the risk of SSE-CMM and analysis on theapplication result.
