The Research On Indices System Of Security Evaluation Of Electric Power Communication Network

In order to enhance the security management and risk evaluation of electric power communication network, the indices system of electric power communication network security risk evaluation is researched. Based on the ITU-T X.805 and the methods of security risk analysis of information, the security risk of electric power communication network is analyzed.Based on former research results of indices system, the method for indices system's establishment, the principle and the frame of indices system are established. Some theories of statistics and mathematical statistics are used to validate validity and reliability of the indices system,and get objective result.Based on real data of electric power communications network and evaluation indices, the risk value of the communication network is obtained. The risk value is consistent with the real condition,the usability of indices system is further confirmed.
