The Study Of Office Automation System Based On Workflow And Its Application On Campus-Wide Network

With the rapid advance of modern science technology, especially the quick development of computer technology , network technology , communication technology and automation technology, the application and technology of office automation (for short, 0A)has developed in high level. They have become an important mark of modern society.The future college is opening and the future education is life-lasted. Campus-wide network changes all management information into digital information, and all the information can go in order under the control of management software. Now the development of Campus-wide network has already been of great importance to every college' s informative construction. The construction of office automation system in university community is regarded as the important one of those informative constructions. Setting up the system may result in such considerable improvements as in office conditions and settings within the university community, and also may result in staffs releasing from burdensome work of office routines and enhancing working quality and efficiency, and what is more, the process of a standardized, networking and automation management in the university can be speeded up. It takes positive effects in the course of promoting the construction of educational in higher institutions.Firstly, the concepts and the development in national and overseas of office automation component, workflow, and their correlative technology are introduced. Secondly, the workflow technology and the software componential technology, which is the key technology of office automation system, expecting to have a whole recognition of OA and workflow is ananlyzed. Thirdly, the concept of light workflow is introduced. And combination of database technology and workflow technology and their application in campus network are studies. For the problem of lacking of auto data process business induced by using workflow technology into present campus network, introducing workflow technology into campusnetwork, construction model of campus network is founded and its feasibility is proved in order to enhance the system' s ability on auto data processing in this paper.According to the need of the construction of college office automation system, with the help of the idea of workflow, a king of college office automation system, including the mode of developing model, the system?structure and function module is designed with the model of workflow in this system giving. Then the realization technology of workflow conception and monitor subsystem are analyzed and the function and the realization method of the subsystem of this system are introduced.Lastly, According to the development of present technology and the needs of office work, the outlook of current work is summarized and the future development of office automation is made.
