Research On University Campus OAS Based On Notes6

With the development of information and the implement of electronic government affair system in our country, office automation system has been widely adopted by department, university and scientific research academy.The thesis is supported by the item that is the construct of office automation system of Liaoning institute of technology and based on the Domino/Lotus Notes6 exploiture tools. It achieves the OAS which characterized by network technology and CSCW(computer supported cooperative work) and realizes the document leaps from manual transmission mode to workflow automation ones.The creative contributions are made as follows:l)The way how to achieve OAS in university is introduced.I designed .and achieved OAS making use of groupware Notes6. CSCW idea is mostly showed in system design.2) A design tools are designed by using C++ Builder for document to be transmission, which make users can define how to transmit a document.3) The system security is discussed and a three-layer safe strategy is presented.4) The OAS which core is knowledge management is being studied. The thesis studies the theory that is achieved knowledge management from information management and presents a arithmetic of finding knowledge from knowledge warehouse. The thesis blends knowledge management into BPR.5) Expansibility of system has been analysed and explained at last in the thesis which find a way to link Domino and Word on web naught-sews.
