The "One Body" Development And UML Model Of JIT Purchase Management System

After Second World War, the most important production management method is JIT production. Just as TQM, JIT has been widely applied. As an important part of JIT production system, JIT purchase is a durative improvement. In this article, as a new development model, a "one body"method is put forward based on the particular discussion of business process of JIT purchase. Each step of the development of JIT purchase system is discussed in detail base on that model. At last system analysis is given with UML. At first, the base theory of SCM and ERP is introduced and the necessity and advantages of the combination between ERP and SCM is discussed. As the key step of the combination, PUR system and IV system are narrated in function. With JIT management model, the business process of JIT purchase is discussed in detail and expressly an evaluation method based on mixed fuzzy matrix is put forward. Second, according to the point of ERP system and the necessary of modern corporation management, business process reengineering is introduced, the necessity of the combination between BPR and ERP is discussed and the process of BPR is expatiated in the PUR system of ERP. And then, some software development models are compared based on the narration of business. This paper puts forward a "one body"development model, expatiates every step of the model, and applied the model in JIT purchase system. At last, the system design of JIT purchase system is given based on the introduction of the UML concepts in this paper.
