ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) system takes production manufacture as center,and generates produce plan and material demand plan by client's order and sell forecast,finally gets produce order, then according to standard BOM(Bill of Material) and Routing produce product. So the whole system's flowing embodies production manufacture, order form (sell and stock) and produce cost account. In the whole flow,the embodiment of the intercommunion with client only in the dealing with order between personnel and client . And the contents are only limited to "speak for production","amount and price", "the date of consignment"interrelated with production. As for the use of the production or the satisfaction of the service ,ERP has no track record . As for the trade which as production and service as compete,under the same of production quality and property ,detainment client is especially important .Because detainment client , means the enterprise can gain more client's order . And having order,as for ERP system will have the headstream. CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is not only a managerial noun or a managerial conception, it is even a suit of man and machine mutual system .It can help enterprise to attract latent clients and detain valueable clients. Through the assay of the relation, corporations may quickly find out some latent client, and make scientific assays to current and future benefit. It may help corporations to learn the requirement of clients. CRM may maximize the satisfaction level of clients and add the benefit of corporations. Consequently, CRM is a very good supplement to ERP. The arrangement between CRM and ERP may make corporations get promotion. This article's work is to intergration of CRM and ERP. So in the article the author the first discussed the peculiarity of ERP and CRM, emphases analyzed the module of them,their function and the way of achievement ; the second discussed the exist integration at present .and in this way worked out the model and method which are based on COM. At the same time,in the way for the security of database, the author did not only use the encrypyion technology but also describe an improved knapsack algorithm which is more simple and security than ever. At last ,this essay compiled a simple simulate interface program in order to testfy COM can make come true the real-time transport action between ERP and CRM.
