The enterprise information "isolate island" is becoming the bottleneck for enterprise. In order to fulfill the requirement of the development of the enterprise, the best method is to integrate the old and new enterprise systems. Web Services are the focus of the IT field. To build a general technique layer based on different platforms is Web Services aim, and every kind of platforms' application depends on this technique layer in order to link and integrate with each other. J2EE provides a distributing architecture model to create business application, and it is a good method for enterprise development. It also provides an extract layer for enterprise system that improves the developing method based on the standard. To realize the efficient integration for new and old system in enterprise is the purpose of this paper, and provides a enterprise application integration framework based on Web Services and J2EE in order to solve the information "isolate island" problem efficiently.First of all, the concepts of enterprise application integration, Web Services and Java techniques are introduced in this paper. Second, it explains the relationships between enterprise application integration and Web Services and the advantages of the integration of them. Third, J2EE and the techniques relate with it are introduced, discuss the EJB and the relationship between J2EE and Web Services. At last, a framework is designed based on Web Services and J2EE, and realized the enterprise application integration between new and old systems in the simplest way.
