The Design & Implementation Of Middle School Students' Files Information Management System In Hubei Province

Students' files are the indespensable parts in the educational organization which are essential to the decision-maker and supervisor in a school. Traditional files' management and utilizition have an effect on the deepness and extent of usage because of the temporal and regional localization. Along with the increasing effects of files, nowadays the users imminently hope a more convenient file management system can come forth immediatly. And the files' administrator also hope to use a more efficient and security file magagement system to magage the increasing files. In order to realize all the users and administrators' dreams,we has designed and developed the middle school students' files information management system in Hubei Province which is used under the environment of the network.This thesis is organized in eight chapters.The first chapter explains the reasons we choose this subject as studying topic and the importance of the research work. We also discuss the present conditions of the files information management system in abroad and domesticate.The second chapter is about research function of system theories.The third chapter is the demand analysis of the system which includes the system function, system architecture and descriptiong of every module's function.The fourth chapter indroduces the environment and technologies to developing the system.The fifth chapter describes how to implement the major function from the point of views of the designer. We adopt B/S structure of the three layers model which includes User's interface layer, Business treatment layer and Data support layer.The sixth chapter recounts the implementation of the major function with data flow chart from the point of views of the users.
