Design And Realization Of Electrical Police Management System Based On Three Layers Structure

In recent years, information system has been widely used in traffic management. ElectricalPolice System (EPS) is one kind of road traffic system to automatically violation forensics. Itplays a very important role in improving the efficiency and norm of road traffic management.The thesis is focusing on this problem. It develops a versatile and convenient managementsystem to record the following information: illegal time, illegal place, violations, licenseplate numbers and illegal picture. The system can be used for any kinds of illegal behaviorsobtained by different electrical devices. As a result, the system has greatly enhanced theefficiency of the traffic police department.The system uses the three layers structure design technology. Users can access it by a webbrowser. The entire system mainly consists of business processes, querying processing, systemmaintenance, rights management and other modules. In the system architecture, each subsystemcan upload the violation information to the database server by the interface of web service oraccessing the system database. Meanwhile, these illegal pictures are uploaded to an FTP serverbased on FTP protocol. In this way, users access the system, read data from the database andview the pictures through a web browser. The designing and implementation of database is basedon Oracle, which has proven to be stable. Furthermore, table-partitioning technologies are usedto improve the searching speed of the large data. Finally, in order to ensure the reusability of thesystem, system develops a generic interface for different applications developed by differentsupplies. Therefore, it is very convenient to import all kinds of illegal data. Currently,the running system is stable and has greatly improved the efficiency of traffic management.
