It's very important and necessary to carry out the damage monitoring and strengthening work based on the mechanical strain situation to ensure flight safety.Now using finite element analysis and prediction aging trainer mechanical damage is used commonly in foreign aging aircraft in the damage monitoring method, based on the analysis, which can realize the ageing of the mechanical reinforcing scheme optimization.The main work of this paper is to build an aging aircraft structure modification management system, aging of the collected data using aircraft mechanical strain of analytical work and to help model validation program adaptation to increasing aging trainer safe to use performance of the design purpose.Taking the aging trainer of CAFUC (Civil Aviation University of China) for use, according to the software engineering design standards and methods, develop the demand analysis and functional analysis of the aircraft structure modification management system, and in the analysis of C/S and B/S model based on the characteristics, combined with a specific requirements, determine the modified model structure based on the foundation of three layers C/S structure; paper also develop database design, and use Delphi software development techniques to complete the key work of the aircraft structural modification management system of the software module design based on the DataSnap techniques of C/S structure.The software has software testing and debugging, has been carried out in the CAFUC of application verification, running in good condition.
