With the development of computer technology, information age speeds up to come to us. Meanwhile computer has been applied to every domains, the electronic field is naturally not exception. In the last few years, electronic field has rapidly developed in our country, the competition is very hotly. From raw materials supply, product's design and transportation, to sales and after-sales service are a series of complicated project. The product management is an important step, make the process of product managing, would develop better, and enhance the efficiency of working.PARTNER System is design for Alpine company's product management, this project mainly compose of external IF and system body. External IF connect the related systems and transfer data, system body handle the data according to other system's request, it also can handle data by web access. This article elaborate the product model management's design and implement of PARTNER system in a software-engineering view, illustrate the product model management's requirement, design, achievement step by step. Developing of system followed the software developing process of object-oriented, adopted the N-layers application structure which base on B/S pattern, used Eclipse as developing tool, used Java as developing language, database is Oracle9i, used Struts framework to achieve it.The main function of the system has been accomplished. It was put in regular use, received the customer's good response. It achieved the respected outcome, enhance control over electronic goods' production and sales process. The result shows that the technical route is reasonable and the scheme is rational and feasible.
