The demand to the electronic products is more and more high in the information society. The market requests that electronic products have a better performance, quicker design speed, as well as lower design risk and cost. SoC (System on Chip) is satisfied with the demand. SoC integrate the processor nucleus, the memory, the highdensity logic circuit, the simulation and the composite signalelectric circuit, the DSP pretreatment and other functions electric circuits to a silicon chip. All functions of the electronic products need is realized in chip interior, which is concluding signal gathering, thetransformation, the memory, processing and the I/O connection. The logical analyzer is quite important in the high speed hardware logic test and the software state analysis. But, at present, the price of table model logic analyzer quite is expensive. The paper applies FPSLIC (Field Program- mable System Level Integration Circuits), which is the newest the technical product in SoC field, designs the lightweight logic signal analyzer, based on the PC machine demonstration. The design should realize: light-sized PCB board area; lower power loss; higher speed; the design procedure is simple; increase reliability and reduced design time. No matter in the technical realization and the social efficiency, all is a beneficial innovation and the practice. In this paper, first chapter is an simple introduction about the paper, concluding current SOC design present situation, faced with question and challenge. Second chapter introduces SOC's development, present situation and its the development tendency. Third chapter specify FPSLIC basic concept and system structure. Fourth chapter applies the FPSLIC to design logic signal analyzer specifically. Fifth chapter is a summary about this paper...
