Since the1970s, along with computer technology, large-scale integrated circuits,programmable logic devices, the rapid development of high-speed data signal processor, a variety of digital systems design, development, testing task more and more, more and more complex. The logic analyzer is the most important data fieldtest instruments, with the development of digital technology and computer technology,the logic analyzer access to a wide range of applications and rapid development.The main work is the design and implementation of the Xilinx series FPGA chip logic analyzer. First introduced the related technologies, including the FPGA-design method, the composition and function of the logic analyzer and USB technology andRAM technology. Then describes the logic analyzer hardware implementation, including a variety of chip selection, function, use and composition of the framework and implementation of the schematic. Then he introduces the logic analyzer to achieve from the software, include the program of on-chip functions, USB driver andPC to communicate with and to observe the results in the PC application. Finally, theactual use in electronic test, to prove the availability of the design results.
