To design the system with complete function, advanced framework, remarkable performance, high stability, high dependability became every bank's urgent task.The thesis accord to the state of development and research, analysed the requirement for the bank application system in detail.The thesis regard overcoming drawback of the bank the old system as the goal, put forward improved network framework model, coherent data model, multi-tier computation schema complete tactics of system security. Because the expansibility of system design would influence follow-up secondary development and upgrading directly. In order to reach its good expansibility, we do the the business function design abstractly and comprehensivly, realizing the Reusable designing of code frame finally.The thesis bring forward new thinking and methods for ATM/POS device uniform connection Manage and control, the flow of transaction and forward, three-level cryptographic key management, logging service, exception handling, statistical analysis of the data and so on. The dissertate stress on the realization of transaction dealing flow, communication style, format convertion between internal transaction message and iso8583 standard message. The design provide many concrete methods to achieve the consistence of connection channel, the flexibility of business dealing and transaction mode, the accuracy and security of transaction data.Nowadays every bank is actualizing data-concentration of information-based upgrade, the connection management system of bank core -Account will play a more important role gradually. The thesis will lead to promote the data-concentration, also help to accelerate the research for bank card industry development and banking industry software solution.
