Card Transaction System Design And Implementation Based On Telecommunications Intelligent Networks

According the situation of fixed-line telephone operator’s network,this article analysis the development trend of intelligent network services,and construction based on the telecommunications IN system to enable card transaction. The system includes information terminals, FSK access server, the ICS business processor, terminal access management, and menu management server, the main features, including the PSE (payment service engine), PAG (pay access gateway), PSM (payment service management), card issuing system, encryption machines and other card transaction system devices, which pay business engine PSE is the core unit of processing transactions to complete the transaction management, voucher management of trading and communication, then a single, security management function. The system can be a dual network dual-plane structure, and fully guarantee the system stability and reliability.In the intelligent network basic platform, this paper presents the design and implementation of the idea of Electronic Vending telephone card and bus card business. Electronic Vending telephone card program implementation, the refinement of the core part of the ICS has9core modules:communication module, the service processing module, data management module, management module, the aiarm module, task scheduling module, the state control module. This paper focus on the advantages of the introduction of middleware, and introduced the Tuxedo service and client relationships and call method.Bus card business involves the design and implementation of different types of bus cards and all kinds of needs, the development tools is SCE:business service creation environment. Also, the interaction process between the user terminal and platform, the communication protocols between platform and terminal, terminal and PSAM card has been designed here.Two representative payment service, and future business which will be achieved, all provide a reference for new applications of telecommunications IN.
