The bankcard industry in our country has already passed through for 21 years sincethe first bankcard was born in 1985. In the past 21 years, the bankcard industry hasobtained a considerable development. Until the end of last year, the total quantity ofbankcard in our country has surpassed 900 million.Along with the bankcard industry unceasing development, the bankcard paymenttakes convenient, quick, safe payment means, and more and more obtains people's favor.The bankcard payment has also holds the more and more important role in the currentpayment means. In some developed cities, like Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and so on,the bankcard payment has surpassed 30% in all payment means proportion, and it is alsorising year by year. Therefore, how to create a well card receipt environment forcardholders becomes an import question for the merchants and banks.This paper presents the network realization way of Transaction Support System inthe present business environment, and comprehensively discusses the ways to developingthe Pretreatment System, including data communication, transaction processing, databasedesign, data security design etc. The paper also designs a Transaction Manage System indetails and describes that how develops the terminal's application by studying theprogramming compatibility and security. Finally, some examples in typical merchantsand a completely, practical and feasible solution for improvement of the bankcard receiptenvironment are given in this paper.
