With the improvement of the level of banking services, enhanced marketing ability,the credit card industry in China has gradually become a large capacity, the prospectsare very broad market, according to a consultant’s survey situation, the rapidemergence of high-value customer base the target customers of the credit card, theoutstanding credit card services, the development of the channel system technologyand architecture analysis is a very important research direction.Callcenter seats members of the credit card center management system(hereinafter referred to as the CSR system), as a set of customer service, marketing,service management in one window, constitute a bridge of contact between the banksand their customers, a comprehensive application of the current web technologyadvanced technology, the use of a Web Service as a background service provider,foreground JSP as web technology, using JAVA language as a development language.Firstly, studied the history and current situation of the domestic CSR system andclarify the main content of the paper describes the related software developmenttechnology base; then from the service capabilities and technical analysis of thefeasibility of the system, according to user needs analysis the system should containthe function and use the flowchart to convert its system requirements to architecturesystem structure; then B/S mode is selected according to the actual situation, andselect one of the important and typical functional modules elaborate, and each moduleis to be achieved function is further subdivided into sub-modules, the use of flowchartanalysis of dynamic interactive relationship between the various sub-modules withinthe object to establish corresponding tables, stored procedures, and other storagestructure according to the needs of the various functional modules to access the data inthe database; detailed design and stage-by-design each sub-module internal businessprocesses and procedures, logic, and software development practices combined withpage design and code-behind programming the entire system; reliability and security inorder to ensure the correctness of the system is running, the software testing and cited a part of the functional test results; Finally briefly summarize the whole process ofsystem development.
