Adapt this procedure, can significantly improve the situation.This research designs the combination of bank card and visiting card. The whole system contains the medical card account, bank card association, bank transfer, account consumption, appointment, automatic reconciliation,6modules. And every module contains many sub-functions. This combines the6modules as one system which has cross-business.This paper discusses the application of the system development background and medical institutions abroad clinic card management. Then the demand analysis was carried out according to the actual demand and the existing condition. Establish the system demanding model. Clarify the problems which we need to solve. During the process of system design, first, In the system design process, first carries on the outline design, the system architecture, function architecture and security architecture; in the detailed design part, discusses the design method of static structure and dynamic structure of the system, and interface design, system security design and database design. Finally, in view of the key problems in the process of system implementation are analyzed and discussed in detail.The system discussed in this paper has successfully run in Liaocheng Hospital and achieved very good results. Improve the efficiency and quality of the working part of outpatient service, improve the acceptance ability of clinic patients, reduce the waiting time, improve the medical experience. |
