The Technology Revolution has been changing the way we live and the way we work. China is agriculture-dominion country; therefore, it's necessary to the farmers to make use of the networks.The paper begins with the demands of the Agriculture Information Networks (AIN) and designed a communication platform which holds province and cities and counties. The communication platform realizes the OA system, IP phone system and video meeting system. The network management and system security are also discussed.The paper mainly includes demands analysis, LAN design in Agriculture Office, city platform design, county platform design, IP phone system design, network management and network security, IP address design and routing protocol design, etc. At present, the system has been put into reality and runs effectively.
