Both field bus and Ethernet have their characteristics,the combination of them will be the trend of industry controlling network. Being the complexity of the industrial Ethernet technology,at present it still be in its first phase of development,and it has several different forms.Compare with other forms,the traditional multi-protocal converting form has the simplest realization.It is realized by gateway or agent server to transform information between Ethernet and field bus,actually to be a sort of realization that the network is comparted into different layers.The dissertation started from the construction of an industrial Ethernet that has two different layer. The characteristics of 485 bus and Ethernet were particularly introduced in the dissertation, the content of communication protocol was introduced too. The dissertation emphasized analyzing the realization of the protocol, the protocol conversion from 485 bus to Ethernet and the protocol conversion from Ethernet to 485 bus.The dissertation based on ARM microcontroller,in the dissertation the embeded hardware and software system applied in industry control process was particularly introduced,and the structure of industry control network was analyzed too. An implementing scheme of building the hardware and software system of an industry controlling network platform was presented, the building process of the hardware platform and the porting of the software platform were particularly introduced in the dissertation.
