The Study And Implement Of E-government Information Management System Of District

Government informationization is the basic of society informationization, to quicken　implement E-government is the requirement of reform and opening up and in?the?modernization?drive, it can reduce the finacial and political risk, lead to budget saving and efficient government. Government is the center of nation and information stream, it take an important role in society informationization. How to construct a security and credibility government information management system, amalgamation the separate information is a question which district government have to face to. According to the characteristic and present situation of district government, the author takes Yantian district of Shenzhen as an example, study and constructs a district government information mange system. The work is as follows:(1) Objects and tasks. Establish a high quality and efficiency network and information system to provide a united basic platform.(2) Infrastructure. 3 layers B/S structure is adapted to establish government information system. (3) Database design. To deal with government information, create 3 kinds of tables: user tables, information tables and system tables.(4) Implementation. Base on MS windows 2000 Server, IIS5.0 Web Server and MS SQL Server, implement main function modules by ASP+VB, including information classify, special topic, information promulgate, popedom module. A security system is established which include information security, network security, security methods.At present, government information manage system is used widely in Yantian district, and good benefit is present. Resolving information isolation, raising work efficiency, make government affairs public.Finally, the author introduce the experience of implementing of this system, put forward the future of E-government information system application, and discuss what to do to consummate E-government information system.
