Research And Implementation Of ASP-based Document Management System Under Distributed Environment

ASP (Application Service Provider) is a kind of server, which is based the agreement of Outsourcing,it consign all or paort oft the business process to service provider.The service provider take charge of the business to be work well.The advantage of this model is :the service provider packed the application and related server,and through the network to make it work,so it has lowest cost and high efficiency.To user,the whole risk of running the application is ditached ,and the technique of IT can update more quick.This paper is based the high tech plan of our country, which name is ASP-based network manufacturing application integrating of services and technology .under this background, we fouce on the research of the ASP-based document management under distributed environmentand also its applying model, architecture, key technologies etc.Then we discussed the complicated product data management and the the document management method based on workflow.In the 1st chapter , we introduce the development of the document management system and the related technology, and also the development cource of ASP and its driving technology, and then go to the object that we study in this paper.In the 2nd chapter, we discussed the development of ASP theory, then give the suitable application architecture of ASP-based document management system.In the 3th chapter, we discuss some key technologies of ASP based system, include the data securety and network safry problem and the data isolation etc.In the 4th chapter, we first introduce the version concept of document management system, and propose the concept of library as the basic logic unit for storage and management of document data . In the library we propose a adaptive, flexible version control model. Then we introduce the transfer model of the library based the flow transfer model in workflow. So that ,we can cooperate with workflow system to manage the document during the different phase of product life cycle.In the 5 th chapter,we use the idea and design of document management to the real project of zhejiang networking manufacture and integrating of enterprise application.In the 6th chapter, we discuss the directions that we will work in the future.
