Research On Collaborative And Commercial ASP Platform System Oriented To Casting Industry

ASP is becoming one of the main service modes of network manufacturing in the 21st century, which is helpful to network manufacturing in casting industry. The thesis is supported by the National High-Tech. R&D Program, "Development and Application of ASP oriented to casting industry" (Grant No. 2003AA414014). Based on the deeper research on application requirements of casting industry, the architecture of ASP platform is proposed. The ASP platform which can offer diversified information and application services for medium and small-scale casting enterprises and realize transition from the traditional service mode to the ASP mode has been developed.The main research contents of the thesis are as follows:1 Research on the architecture of ASP-Foundry platformThe best service mode is proposed, based on feasibility research on ASP application in casting industry. The architecture of ASP-Foundry platform oriented to casting industry is established, according to the principles and objects of system design.2 Functions design of ASP-Foundry platformThe functions of ASP-Foundry platform have been designed based on application requirements of casting industry, including system management, application services of casting technology, order form management and product collaborative design.3 Order form managementThe procedure of order form management, which can meet requirements of commerce and is help to casting enterprises, has been designed, based on the traditional trade mode.4 Research on system integration with collaborative designThe general methods and interface of integration are put forward and the ASP-Foundry platform has been integrated with collaborative design.5 Realization and applying about ASP-Foundry platformThe ASP-Foundry has been developed, which validates its practicability.
