Traditional information technology strategy, which needs long development cycle, high costs, high risk, heavy maintenance work, has already become the main obstacle of the information technology strategy of small and medium-sized enterprise. As the era of e-business commercial, the new-type information technology strategy emerges which offers the relevant service by the third party uses the mode of application hosting and the application service provider(ASP).The study of this thesis is mainly divided into two parts, the Refactorable software platform and the ASP system based on this platform. It focuses on the modeling of Refactorable work-flow technology under multi-enterprise circumstances, the software development technology based on components on which a CRM system is build with ASP, the thinking of the development of Refactorable software platform, which have important significance to software engineering e.g. the middleware, and the software reuse and the software componentization.The thesis has 6 chapters. Chapter 1 mainly expatiates on the significance and background of the study of this thesis and the general situation both at home and abroad of the revelant technologies, then it briefly introduces the source project and the main content of this thesis; Chapter 2 describes the basis of the Refactorable technologies from the view of software reuse, software development based on components and technologies of work flow. Chapter 3 researches the multi-enterprise work-flow modeling under ASP environment from the view of work flow, formalizes the work flow, proposes the three-dimensional modle under multi-enterpise circumstance, and studys the architecture of Refactorable work flow platform. From the view of the architecture of ASP and the service mode of ASP application etc., Chapter 4 studys the architecture of the recontructable platforms, analyses and designs a system for the customer relation management under e-commercial circumstance with ASP, and studys the service mode of the recontructable ASP trusteeship platform. Chapter 5 designs the customer relation management system based on Refactorable platform, analyses the requirements of the key operation and validates the application of this platform; At last it summarizes this paper and addresses the direction of future studies.
