The Research And Application Of The Combination Of GMP & GSP And SCM

With the development of economy, the relationship of corporations has become more and more close. With the scale of corporations extending, to get and deal with the internal and external information of corporations timely, to standardize management and to master the movement of markets is the ultimate problem faced by our corporations' leaders. At the same time, the whole pharmaceutical industry is facing the GMP and GSP certification, which requests integrated and standardized managements in the processing of production and currency and requires strict control of pharmaceutical production and sale. In this paper, standardized management in the field of production and currency is discussed deeply.Firstly, the problem of corporation management and collaboration is introduced. Then, this paper introduces the origin, concept and development of SCM and discusses the basic theory.Secondly, to solve the problem of the standardized management of logistics involved in production and sale of corporations, a SCM system architecture is proposed based on the three layers (strategy planning layer, tactic planning layer and logistical operation layer). Then, this paper describes modules classification of layers of this system and the relationship of layers.Thirdly, according to the certification, this paper introduced the origin, content and effects of GMP and GSP. This paper also analyses the relationship of those rules and enterprises' self-rules and the relationship of those rules and layers based on logistical operation of SCM system. Then, this paper discusses the combination of GSP, GMP rules and modules about purchase, production, test, sales and transportation of logistical operation layer of supply chains system. And the processing and the functions are given.Finally, the author of this paper analyses and designs the GMP and GSP management of test and production by UML. And structure of some tables and implements are given.The modules of test and production combined with management of GMP andGSP are successfully applied in a large-scale pharmaceutical corporation.
