Oa System Research And Development Based On Exchange Server

By analyzing the Workflow and the CSCW (Computer Supported Collaborate work) which support the OA system etc, and deeply researching the Exchange Server 2003 technique, a model method of workflow based on directed graph mathematical tools was presented. We propose a new software architecture of OA system by combining the MVC design pattern and the Layered software architecture, the software architecture is based on the new .NET platform and the Exchange Web storage system, meanwhile we introduce the design and implementation process of the OA system based on Exchange Server 2003.In the designing and implementing section in this article, having divided the OA system into sub-modules based on the demand, the Personal Office Module and the Documentation Management Module are implemented in detail. Utilizing UML in the Personal Office Module, the static model of Presentation Layer, Data Access Layer and Business Logic Layer according to the global system software architecture and the dynamic model of message conveying among layers are given. In the Documentation Management Module, this paper expatiates the ways of documentation management of OA system based on Workflow through the implementation of financial reimburse workflow.
