Design And Implementation Of OTC Counter Trading System For Securities Companies

With the rapid development of China economy, Existing direct financial channels including main board market, growth enterprise market and third board market increasingly cannot satisfy practical requirement. Recently, financial market management department like the state council, CSRC, energetically take actions to seek for effective approaches to reform, and those means make structure of China financial market towards the direction of satisfying diverse financial requirement and helping medium-size and small enterprise direct financing. At the beginning of2012, China Securities Regulatory Commission proposes the arrangement of rapidly build OTC based on counter trade to provide shares transfer platform to help unlisted company, and has already take steps to do it. It marks that the overall structure to supplement and complete enterprise direct financing at the basis of over counter trade establish officially.First, this article analyzes the situation of China over trade counter, to ensure function orientation, core function and business process of OTC platform. On the basis of previous theory, it introduces the key programming technology in the process of implementation of OTC trading system which is based on multilayer platform architecture in detail. Then, analyze the business requirement of OTC trading system and focus on four issues, such as system position, key functionality, main process referred in system and security requirement. According to the requirement analysis of OTC trading system, it divides the system into several subsystems by function; describe the most important subsystem from its process to implementation, focus on the quote subsystem, trade subsystem and business monitoring subsystem. Finally, summarize the features and shortage of OTC trading system.
