Designs And Researches Into The Security Mechanisms For Centralized Securities Trading System

With the rapid development of centralized securities trading system in China, computer systems and networks in securities companies become increasingly complex. Thus, security problems have become increasingly severe."Stock hackers","network paralysis","transmission interruption"and"transaction failure"have all along plagued the managers and technical staff of securities companies, have damaged the vital interests of most shareholders, and have ruined the reputation of securities companies. When implementing centralized securities trading system, the information security becomes a tough and urgent problem. This paper researches and designs from the two views of technology and management, and the security construction of information systems after implementing centralized securities trading system. Aiming at the system, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of various security risks that the internal network systems of the securities companies face after centralizing. It also makes general analysis from single computer, network, system, application, management and other aspects. On this basis, it designs and researches into the security mechanisms for centralized securities trading system from rapid recovery technology of centralized trading system, identity authentication technology, system security configuration technology, different place backup technology, security integrated management technology, and so on. It puts forward the systemic plan of security mechanisms for the current systems of securities companies.
