In the period,he took a series of valid actions to running newspapering so that Shenbao began to take countrywide and worldwide reputations. The second reformation aims at saving the nation by news. Shi Liang-cai is critical of the nonresistance policy of the authorities. After close contact with many democrats,he is determined to reform the Shenbao into the field of resisting Japanese.In Chapter Three,the writer focuses on the news thought of Running Newspapering by Historian. Starting with the culture origin of Running Newspapering by Historian,educe the essential of historian spirit through which view Shi Liang-cai's press practice.
